Medcan is now open in Muskoka!

Our physicians can see clients by appointment only. Appointments can be made online, or by calling (416) 350-5900 for same day or next day appointments (either in person or virtual, based on clinic hours).

Medcan Muskoka provides in-person appointments Thursday through Monday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM; Virtual appointments are available Monday to Friday 7 AM to 9 PM, Saturday 8:30 AM to 9 PM and Sunday 8:30 AM to 5 PM

Medcan will be providing service to our members in Port Carling from June 29, 2023 through mid October, 2023.

As a Year-Round Care, Dedicated Care or M Care member, your membership can be used at any our clinics in Toronto, Oakville, Muskoka (seasonal location through October 2023) and Collingwood (opening this Fall).

Medcan’s membership fees enables us to provide services that create a more comfortable, predictable, and convenient health care experience. Medcan takes pride in the services and care we provide to our clients and the membership fee is for uninsured services that are not covered by OHIP.

You do not have to pay for services covered by OHIP when seeing a Medcan physician. Medcan respects the Future to the Commitment of the Medicare Act, ensuring that all patients with OHIP coverage are entitled to insured health care services at no charge. There are no services offered at Medcan where you can “jump the line”. In order to access Medcan services, patients are required to register and schedule an appointment. . For services that are not covered by OHIP, fees may apply.

Yes, our Year-Round Care for urgent and episodic care is available to new and existing members.
